Cut wide and straight so it moves with you rather than twisting. The voile is sheer-ish in strong light - it is a nightdress, not a summer dress, and we say so because people have asked. Ruffle at the neckline, thin straps that are sewn in rather than adjustable, and a hem that finishes just above the knee on most people.
Voile shrinks more than our other cottons: we cut it 3% long to allow for that.
